Anyone have anything lying around?

I'm building up a girlfriend bike as a Christmas present but she lives up a hill and will want gears. I want to build it up with 700s as the frame I am looking at is that, but can re-build if I get a good deal on some wheels to use the hub or if someone just has a hub lying around.

Something relatively new would be good as I'm trying to make the bike pretty fancy all round, but let me know whatever you have.
