Unidentified, bought from a couple of (ex)ex-pats who were living in Japan and brought this back with them.
geometry = ST C-T 22" / TT C-C 23"
As far as I can tell it dates from either side of the second world war — and has some beautiful details:- duplex forks, brass Mamol headlight powered by w/ d-cell cartridge which still works, saddle bag with kenji script (needs straps replacing) & a beautiful old rotary bell (not pictured).
Could well be a Raleigh, Humber or a BSA (Built from BSA fittings).
This is NOT in a ridable condition, though everything is structurally sounds and apart from the broken handlebar all parts are there and look original.
Sold as project or as a nice wall-hanger.

(I've seen similar unidentified bikes sell for 300£+ in "Antique" decor shops, and with a bit of work and solid identification could be worth much more.)*
