There's a thread for this, but not very helpful and no real solutions other than HTFU and drilling, so here's a solution for when the rear half of the bolt is stuck in and you can't get it out.
Note: this assumes you can undo the allen bolt without any major issues.
Step 1: Locate the bolt
Step 2: Position 2-tooth tool on reverse
Step 3: Remove bolt as normal
Step 4: Here's the problem, the rear side is stuck!
Step 5: Gently spread the ring from the spider
Step 6: Position 2-tooth tool in between the spider and the ring
Step 7: If the ring doesn't push out the bolt by itself, cover it and give it a gentle tap.
Step 8: If it's still stuck, start microsurgery, just a gentle poke with a small screwdriver will suffice...
