There's no problem with that. But with that kind of damage it's not worth anything near it's original price in my personal opinion.
It's equally the same as buying a damaged Rothko... Or restoring an original badly...
But equally if you're wanting a realistic offer eBay will be the best bet as no doubt some one will splash the cash you're hoping for!
