I have one of those. Bloody good and rare for Rapha kit in being no more expensive than comparable kit from other vendors.

The guy in the foreground of that pic, wearing his hat backwards, does look like a bit of a dick, though.

+1 to all of that.

He looks like such a melt that I'd rather buy a hat somewhere else though.
