I’m looking for a bicycle for my sister. She’s using it to cycle about 7miles to work each day. She’d like a pannier rack (or at least for the frame to be drilled for one) and preferably something without drop brakes (although flexible if a good deal comes along).
Looking for a full working bike with little or no work to be done on it.
She is 177cm tall with around a 31” leg.
Budget is £250-£300.
