I've got a bauer helmet and facecage that i bought but was too small for me - i think its a medium - the helmet says HH300M on the back, the cage says FM4000M True vision on it, which sounds cool, whatever it might be.

It measures around 21 inches on the inside (my head measures 22 so I guess thats why its too small). Here's a bad picture of it:

I have a Mavic 721 with Guess cartridge bearing hub. New spokes and bearings, but worn brake surface so only really suitable for disc use - £35 posted.

cheers max but im looking for something kinda lighter than the current sword forks which are like almost a kg.

I rode todds old sword yesterday (now josh's girlfriends) and it has some aluminum track forks with around 20mm rake, feels really good.
