Why are you thinking about using an Ahead stem?
Your boy's bike is pretty awesome too: did you spray it yourself?

Hi Scilly Suffolk. Thanks - I think Zullo and Pegoretti are amongst the most interesting of current frame makers. I'm probably not going to use an ahead stem but if I cut the forks then I prob would want to -you know how it is. I may at some point go for Campag 9 speed, with Shamals , Ahead stem etc -who knows.
My son's bike was red already and the yellow is vinyl -which I hand cut with vinyl machine cut decals -he loves it but he's not having my spare Deltas on it !!!
