Could offer a never-used pair of unbranded Shimano-compatible hubs, stainless spokes, Rigida Flyer rims. Black rims and hubs: no cassette or skewers, but you'd have enough change in your budget for them ...
I'm after £50ish - a couple of quid more if they'd have to be posted, a couple of quid less if you collect from SE7.
