Boiled potatoes, Mushy peas, and loads of bacon.

I've tried it with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brunost. But I prefer the salt of the bacon.

Bacon? Interesting, can def see it working.

My girlfriend is from the south of sweden where they eat it on christmas eve. Always with boiled potatoes, fish cooked in oven with just a bit of salt and pepper (I think) and white sauce, almost a bechamel. I'll have a go at introducing bacon this year, we'll see how it goes down
