COMMUNITY MANAGER (Social Engagement)
.Due to our exciting expansion DECATHLON now have an opportunity for a Community Manager to join them.
As Community Manager you will be reporting in to the Head of Communications and be responsible for managing communities across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube and their own website. This will involve:
· Be responsible for the editorial content and communities of the DECATHLON brand in the UK
· Analysing social media metrics/KPIs
· Providing insight gained from community monitoring & social media listening platforms to all teams and stakeholders
· Maintain, develop and lead the overall social engagement strategy, tactical activity plans and measurement criteria
· See out new areas of opportunity and innovation
The successful Community Manager will be an expert in the field of social platforms and social engagement. You must be passionate about social media and have an understanding of how social media fits in with the wider organic performance and digital marketing mix.
You will have previous experience of community management and engagement across social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube. Evidence of successful activation of brand campaigns across social platforms is essential as is experience with enterprise-level social listening tools. It is essential that you have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Community Manager to join a leading innovative company that will soon be ahead of the pack when it comes to SEO and Social Media.
As Communities Manager you will also take charge of the management of all product PR for our passion brands to ensure our best products are reviewed in the relevant specialist press magazines and digital platforms as soon as they come on to the market in the UK.
Salary 18-25K depending on experience.
