Yes nothing surprising yet - I agree the Hispanic stuff is fascinating. I suspect that if Romney loses that the republicans will have to rethink and kick out the loons or disappear off the electoral map

I'd like to see the break up of the 2 party system.

There are plenty of other parties out there, just in this election there are 4 more standing:

Constitution (Christian right)
Libertarian (Economically right, socially left)
Green
Justice (Left)

There are people with money behind these, and other parties, but the FPTP system just doesn't allow them to get voted in, with 2 big parties.
