great, thanks, the police i talked to on Saturday morning suggested if i want to pursuit this further, i need to contact the DVLA, as on cctv, there is more change of me appearing to have cause damage to the drivers car, as i did hit it, as well as no sound to prove that the driver was at wrong, and since i was not injured nor my bike damaged, i cannot pursuit this through a criminal offence towards the driver, so no i need to take this the civil way, which will cost time and money, and a lot of it, what should i do!
on the other hand tfl have reply saying they will process my request,
i also found cameras on the building next to the road and the security said that the police has to ask for the footage, but since i want to go the civil way, how do i ask them for the footage?
the police sound like bastards. he made a threat to kill you, that's a serious offence and they should follow it up. Whatever happens good on you for reporting it. I've had numerous run in's with cabbie scum like this and always let it slide due to a suspicion that nothing would happen.
