Just entered the Virgin London Triathlon, Olympic distance. Man, I have a lot of work to do.
Not as much as me i bet! Yet to start running, which i hate, managed 14 laps of the pool the other day but that was rotating between crawl and breast stroke and not ridden longer than my commute (4 mile or so) since the summer! And my regular lunchtime gym sessions have dropped off dramatically since uni started back (which also means no free evenings for training)
Still it should help shift these extra few stone i am carrying around
