Right, I did my first tri-style thing on Saturday, the Virgin Active Indoor jobby, which it turns out was a super sprint one. I was reasonably happy with my results, and was pondering getting into it more, but most likely looking at moving up to sprint distances, as I should be able to do that, and super sprint stuff seems rare.
I had a prod at the library, and there are a few books there, but can anyone here recomend a good place to start reading up on training.
I suspect that the first one that I'd be looking at entering would be the Thames Turbo series which would give me 5 months of training time, just to give an idea of time frames.
