I think Terry was buying the frames, ready made, from Italy. He was always a good businessman, with good marketing. Bit of a nutter, but knew the bike trade. Probably made more sense to buy them in, than make them himself. Dedacciai is no better or worse than any other tubing manufacturer, in my opinion. Decent enough. The welds look tidy. It'll be a good frame.
