I cabled the one in this thread: https://www.lfgss.com/thread94667.html which I believe is the same as the one that Peter V has for sale, albeit smaller and a different colour.
Technique I used was to unbend a coathanger, then pass it through one cable "port", and use the magnet at the other end to coax it out of the other "port".
Then you can push the end of your liner over the end of the coathanger, and draw it back out the way it went in- drawing the liner through with it.
You then thread the cable through as normal.
