Last week all of us at the Bike Foundry were (willing!) guinea pigs for our friend Pip McKnight's new massage. Pip has developed a cycling massage covering stress areas in the legs, back and shoulders. The massage costs £25 and lasts 45 minutes. Bookings can be made by contacting Pip at pip@7inch.org.uk. Gift vouchers are also available from Pip, or our shop for Christmas presents etc..
