I was at an exeter city match last year and some guy was audibly abusing a middle eastern player - "come here to blow us up?" "wheres your bomb" etc.
I emailed the club complaining, as did a few around where I was. Got an email back about 3 weeks later saying that since no stewards heard, they would do nothing. Pathetic.
