  • Could someone fill me in on the logic behind the rear triangle layout of Verbs & Noun's Cannondale please? Makes me curious.

logic was shorter tubes = stiffer tubes
cant say it proved right as they gave up on it

  • an incredibly expensive track bike like that

    It's not a track bike...

(Front and rear derailleur hangers, probably 130mm OLN on the rear triangle) - Rear facing dropouts are common on Triathlon and TT bikes - in which case this is a pretty good use of one if you ask me
Probably started out life looking like this....

In which case it's a job well done!!!

  • ^^ Grant should be proud.

  • ^^ you're quite right! My point stands though. I'm not saying its not super bitching or anything, I just wouldn't spend anywhere near that money on a rat-to-be myself.

Can someone wiser than me explain this? I've always wondered why.

^ I really like the handlebars.. What are they?

  • Waiting on my new runabout frame to come this weekend, in the meantime...

Rear wheel was a purple halo number up till yesterday when it met matt black...

  • so much potential.. wasted

  • How is that wasted!?

  • so much potential absolutely met

    ftfy

  • sorry i just feel the seat looks awfully out of place, as does the corima without a deeper rear rim. its so close to being nice..

  • bitch slaps Swedeee

  • This is my beater (before and after):

Need to let the steel 'weather' a bit, then I'll clear-coat it, to make it as unattractive as possible to potential thieves. It's made of Reynolds 500, which is so thick, a little bit of rust isn't going to do any harm. Also need to fit mudguards and a rack.
