Chilterns Sustainable Gateways Project
Salary £29,000 pro rata for a fixed term contract to
March 2015 working fulltime (job share considered for exceptional candidates)
CTC, the national cycling charity is recruiting a Senior Development Officer to act as the project lead
for the Chilterns Sustainable Gateways project as part of the Local Sustainable Transport Fund.
As Senior Development Officer for CTC you will plan, manage and deliver a range of promotional,
minor infrastructure and behaviour change cycling initiatives as part of a remote project team.
Working with partners you will focus on 3 target gateway areas within the Chilterns encompassing,
Amersham, Chesham, Tring and Henley-on-Thames.
You will be an experienced project manager with budget management, transport, sustainable
travel, marketing or tourism experience. Knowledge of the local area, cycling, community
development and local authorities is highly desirable.
