I am a total n00b and I'm building my first bike so I've ran into a pretty dumb problem.
In my ignorance I bought a Shimano BR-1050 brake set with leavers. The problem is it is a recessed Allen Key bolt type brake and it doesnt fit the bike.
My question is, what can be done about this? Do I need new brakes? What kind (and will the leavers I have fit them)? Can I fix it somehow?
For now, since I can not mount the brakes I will ride it as a fixie, but I would like to make it a SS.
