Yeah, should be able to... I haven't got anything on as such, but would be good if someone else can help me, as I've got some work stuff going on, so just in case.

It's pretty nice out.
If someone has a drill they can bring (with bits) and some sort of rod, I'll come. I need to drill a hole in my seat post and insert something I can use to get leverage and wiggle it out. The saddle broke off and I can't get the fucker out with a fuck off spanner on its own.

I have a drill, but it's mains only.

Either way, there are usually a few off forum people at NE polo, so I'd say it's on.

My spanner grips fine, Max, so vice grips wouldn't be much different (I think?). I just need to be able to get proper torque (I hope). With a spanner you can't really twist - you have to push, and this ends up pushing the bike into a wall or something similar. Getting over the post and twisting it out (as you would were a saddle to be on it) is what, I hope, I need to do.

I have a really big spanner, i'll bring it

• #21219
How big? Mine is a proper fuck off spanner.

Yes.
Can anyone help out at NE beginners tomorrow please? Jon and I are both working/tied up. All you have to do is turn up at London Fields at 9.30 with a few mallets (most now have a loaner mallet) and a ball. We had a huge turnout last week so it would be a shame to lose momentum and people.
