I ended up 18th out of 45 entrants in my category - 6 mins off the winner - and 6 shots of tequila up - very happy indeed.

Thanks to all of you that came down and cheered/ lent me tyres/ moral support.

It's Sally's 30th birthday actually today and we will be in attendance at Norths to prepare her very first hangover for her new found age group. There will even be a guest appearance all the way from Exeter of one of her oldest (as in longest standing not elderly) mates on a borrowed bike and if she can make it up the hill, then there isn't any reason why you lot can't.
