Wanted: For a Pinarello in Africa: 13cm stem, 44cm bars, STIs/cassette/chain, Rolls, hubs...

I'll need the following items posted to my friend in the UK, then she'll post them to me in Kenya.

**13cm quill stem: **£10 - £15 budget
I've found a nice Cinelli Oyster stem in 120mm.

**STIs & cassette & chain:** £50 - 70ish budget
UPDATE: I've found some 600 Tricolour STIs, so I'm running 8 speed! Still need the cassette and chain, can pay about £20 max.

Front road hub: £10 - £20 budget
With 16/20/24 holes, please!

Rolls saddle: £20ish budget
I'm not too picky here, as long as it's a Rolls!

25c - 28c tyres (pair): £20ish budget
Something in this width range for the poor road conditions here. Ideally quite lightweight too.

Bar tape: £5ish budget
Black is the only sensible option.

Kool Stop salmon brake pads: - - - OR - - - Shimano brake pad holders: £5-10 budget
I found two pairs of Clarks Shimano brake pad holders for a nice £7.50.

Pinarello Decals: £10 budget
The model is an early 90s Stelvio, but I'd be glad to simply find a few white PINARELLO decals and the head badge decal.

My project
The parts are for a Pinarello Stelvio purchased here in Nairobi for Ksh13,000 (£95.33). Whilst it was a bloody lucky find, it needs some work, as:

• the paint is quite shabby,
  
• the STIs function only as brake levers, and the extra D/T shifters are rubbish
  
• the rear rim is hefty chrome steel (stamped "RALEIGH ENGLAND")
  
• the brake blocks are old and nasty

I have some black 44 cinelli eubios bars- I think they might be 26 and not 6.4, but a search might confirm that.

They are in E10.

I've got a very good rolls saddle I'd sell for £25.50 including postage to London, I've also got a well used (but still very functional) Dura Ace 9 speed chain that I'm taking off my commuter bike you can have for £3 if taken with the rolls (An extra £1.50 if posted seperately) but New KMC 8 speed chains can be had for £5.99

And yes, I'm thinking that 8 speed might indeed be the way to go, as there seem to be so many affordable parts.

Nice frame though ive got two new tyres you can have [free]mate they are all black nylon off my singlespeed cheap but quite sturdy ! think they are 23s though not sure how to post though as they are wired not foldables still they are yours if it helps you get cycling
