mate, I just had beans for breakfast... I cooked them in the microwave but when I got back to my desk, they were not quite hot enough so I had to go back to the kitchen and give them another cook. I can confirm by looking in the bowl, that they are still in fact, beans not biscuits.

For missmouse.
Sadly the pictures, like Tommy, have vanished.
I've done it.
I've tracked and caught her.
Pics to follow.
I was heading on home with only one thing on my mind, food. I stopped off at Charlton Sainsbury's. I was feeling Lazy so was toying of the idea of pizza.
It was after locking up my bike and walking toward the entrance did I spot the first signs of the Banshee. Her bike.
A find steed for going in to battle I thought, sturdy, disk brakes, dependable, if Boudica rode a bike it would be like this. It was at this point I knew the game was on, the quarry was near and armed with my camera phone I knew I would have blood.
I rushed inside, the excitement of the chase rising within me. Clam down I thought don't blow it now.
As I entered the store scanned for my quarry., she was queuing at the checkout. I knew time was of the essence.
I fiddled with my phone, trying to work out how switch off the picture taking noise.
Trying not to look suspicious with a phone near checkouts is hard, Pacing backwards and forward s along the line of checkouts, phone out I went for the kill.
I wait outside for some time. No action. I think she is having coffee or a pee.
The she comes out.
I start to follow.
she rides off
She turns down a side rode. knowing where it goes I try to cut her off, but she disappears. She has either been spooked or her laire is down that road.
Either way I feel like I have been lucky to have caught such glimpses of the notorious banshee on camera. The experience and information gained will allow me to improve my techniques and maybe next time get a full on face shot.

I plan on doing the ride where I spotted her most weekends so I'm sure I will see her again. When I do, I'm going to put an end to all the speculation by recording her antics in hi definition video. Can't believe I didn't think of that last time.

This is a basic mistake, your beans were cooked in the factory when they were made when you reheated them the first time they were a biscuit but by reheating them again you prevented yourself from eating a biscuit.
Also in culinary terms a biscuit is a baked item that goes soft when it becomes stale, unlike a cake which goes hard.

This has been covered before. The definition of cooking is to prepare food for consumption through the application of heat. I'll fucking fight this.

^
But surely this supports the earlier point: the beans were first cooked by application of heat. Then they were canned. You cooked them again through application of heat -thus turning them into a biscuit(s). Then you decided to cook them for a third time, at which point they turned into something else.
I am not an expert on these matters so can't advise you on what it was that you ate after the third cooking. It wouldn't appear to be a biscuit(s).
Maybe its a double negative type of thing and they reverted to beans?

Mods, rename the thread title to this ^?

Beans were reheated not cooked. Also there's more to the definition of biscuit than merely 'twice cooked', including the idea that biscuits are baked twice rather than baked then toasted which is a bit more like dry-frying or lightly burning than baking.
Biscuits are biscuits, spades are spades, and there is (hopefully) only one screaming nutter bitch. -

I saw the chap, mentioned upthread, with loads of flashing red lights on his helmet yesterday, at about 9:30 pm, riding on the pavement in front of Waterloo station. He was shouting something incomprehensible. It's been ages since I last saw him on Camberwell road.
They should get hitched.
