^^ Sorry I forgot to say, Tokyo Fixed got the Action forks back in, I went there by chance to pick up a frame for Spotter and it turned out they had them in stock and that they had 26cm steerer.
Give them a call and see if they have any more. They're really nice looking forks, only problem was the crown race seat was JIS (27mm) rather than ISO (26.4mm) but I suppose that's quite sensible for new forks, and quite easy to remedy.
I commuted on Luganos for ages as well two years ago. Decent tyres, but the 'gumwall' ones don't look like gumwalls. I was disappoint.
