That looks like really cool, very nice.
Not sure how long the tape will stay white though!

Nice build, yeah i'm staying away from white tape too.

Lovely job - why not pop some full mudguards on for the winter especially as you have the eyelets.

How tall are you, and what is your inseam? I got myself an XL frame and will be building it up soon, and am trying to gauge how the frame will fit.

Cheers lads, yeah the bar tape will be mankey soon but it looks good when it's clean :)
Mudguards are first on the list for when I get payed!
I'm 6'2" but not sure about my inseam, it fits quite well!

I'm 6'2" and wear a 34" trouser and got the XL. I have the set quite high and have a good stack of spacers on the steerer too because I have the flexibility of a hammer.

+1 on the mudguards, not a true winter bike without them. If you get issues with mucky white bar tape, I stick by fizik white stuff. Doesn't get grubby and if it does, you can wipe is off easily.
Oh and a word of warning... if you ever want to upgrade to cantis you will struggle to get the front cable guide/hanger in as I doubt you will have space on your steerer for that. V's work fine for tarmac stuff though, I doubt you will need to change to cantis.Good job on the build, love the scheme you have gone for!

Should have mudguards at some stage next week, any recommendations??
Yeah I realise the issue with the short steerer tube, but I doubt I'll be doing any competitive cx on it, more just mucking about, so v's should be fine.
Thanks:)

I can recommend the SKS Chromoplastics but if you value your sanity get someone to help fit the rear one because I've spent the best part of a FUCKING AFTERNOON slowly having my brains dribble out of my ears after repeatedly having to fit then re-fit the rear wheel while trying to avoid getting chain grease on my newly cleaned frame.

Now with mudguards...
Also changed my 18t rear sprocket for a 16t freewheel, rush hour traffic, fixed gear and spd-sl's was scary! I still have the 16t track sprocket on for training though!

Yeah I'm a big fan of that.
Bar tape seems to still be white too!
