I’ve been in the process of leaving work and getting ready to move house, so unfortunately I’ve had no time to get costume and really can’t commit now to a whole day to polo. It was ambitious of me to think I could in the first place, but I didn’t want to miss hanging out with everyone and having some fun.

Fiona, Louis and I swept the bulk of the leaves away from both courts. It'll probably need another quick go tomorrow morning but that shouldn't take long. We hid the brooms in the bushes opposite to the court entrances because we had to make a dash to HH. Would be great if whoever gets there earliest starts sweeping.

Seriously, half the appliances in my house pre-empted the clocks going back, the other half didn't. Then some time pieces were set back (or forward) by us, which has massively fucked us up.

I am so happy we still can rely on radio 4 for time checks.

I tend to google "time" a lot these days.
