Put risers on to make it more street ridable, as the bars I had on it were more track-friendly and pretty uncomfortable for riding on the tops. It's odd getting used to the more upright position, I feel like I'm riding a sit-up-and-beg bike.
I have some new forks as well, which I will be able to fit once I've scrawped 0.6mm off the crown race 'seat' at the bottom of the steerer at work tomorrow.
Also on the lookout for a silver 130mm stem, this black one is beautiful but I'm not sure it works with the bike. End of next month on payday it might be time for 25c Paselas, if the chain has slackened enough to fit a 25mm tyre.
