No, just add a 5mm spacer or something, as suggested by vikingfixed. You want to create a gap similar to this picture (you can get away with a few mm more (between top of steerer and top of stem)). Set it up, give it a few rides, then you'll probably find you need to readjust by about a quarter turn of the adjusting bolt once it's bedded in.
