If I was in London I'd bite your hand off.
But I wont be there for another month or too.I've been looking for one for ages.
(and if I hadn't started a cargo bike project up here anyways)

Thanks for the dibs - a tad too 'vintage' for me, I need a more recent workhorse.
I also think this one has been sold and the thread has not been updated.
For those looking for a 'lighter duty' porteur bike, I have this beauty for sale, it has a coaster brake, a chrome chain guard, a dynamo + front and rear racks.
PM me if you want me details!
Cheers
Vince

Dad dude at my kids' school has one of those. It rules. He says he paid 2000 Euros.

I thought the UCI banned the use of Low profile Butchers Bikes with un- equal wheels way back in the 90's. Would be OK to use in RTTC events though!

This thread is a year old! Top bike tho, can't believe it was for sale this cheap
Selling this delivery bike and judging from the parts on it no later than 1960, British Made. Though I cant figure out the maker of the frame from the stamp on the bottom I was able to ident. from the parts.
Don't buy this bike if you are after some sort of vintage dream. The rod brakes have been angle ground off and replaced with a cheap coaster rear wheel. Much more practical.
But not super practical, this bike doesnt do hills very well. Though its great for moving stuff around within 20 minutes of where you want to be. I have used it to move house and most recently move a tree across Hackney.
It needs some love, problem with one of the cranks and cotter pin. Loose headset. And if I was to invest in it I would put a new front wheel on and a new set of bars, a pair of risers would make it much more comfy.
You're welcome to come see it or I can send more pix sometime. Make me an offer etc.
Pic is a crop from one taken by George Marshall for Rapha.
