My initial reason for posting it is that Moots can so easily look great. To uglify one like this qualified it for anti in my eyes.

The Moots is a standard head tube, if you didn't want that fork you'd just fit another.
Ahh, I though Ed was talking about the Whyte's forks.

what the hell is that?
What the hell is that doing in anti? Its a light ffs! -
• #26160
A big picture of a rear light with three alternate colour options shown. Don't see what's anti about it. Quite a neat looking rear light imo. Certainly a lot smarter than your typical Cateye sextoy-alike.

you can't see it from the side!
-
• #26162
Well yeah, it's not the most functional.

They're actually pretty good, cheap as shit, well made, easy to take on and off and brighter than you might think.
-
• #26164
Cheap as shit? got a link?
Could do with some brighter lights.

They're £12.99 on Chain Reaction. Didn't look any more because I'm on my phone. They're called Lezyne Femto.
-
• #26166
£21 for a pair. Admittedly not as cheap as those eBay hong kong specials but my front femto has lasted me significantly longer than the 2 eBay ones I had before.
-
• #26167
can pick them up for 12.99 in cycle surgery stores also

They've put a Rebel 8 sticker on the spock. Obviously, it's a no taste hipster pony bike.

What's wrong with the fork is the complete lack of interchangeability and upgrade options. There is only limited improvement to be had by changing/tuning the shock.
Not only can you swap them right out. But thats a standard rear shock. So can simply swap that bit out any number of replacements to tune your ride. Its an amazing bike, if somewhat overdone. I mean each time you point it down a gravel decent. A part you you is going to be thinking you should ride around, and not risk damaging the horribly expensive fork legs, or other carbon bits.
....when you should be thinking weeeeeeeee!

This is also nice.
I have those spoke reflectors for the longbike.
