Vertical v-brakes! thanks to paininthe's tip. Also mudguards, and despite what I said above, about them making bad photos, I quite like them, I reckon on a bike like this it's part of the look. And road dirt.
Dopplekorn, I'm still a bit ambivalent about the saddle. It's OK in cycle shorts but still a bit uncomfy for heading around in jeans. The original Concor was comfier, to give it its dues.
