recently i have been making a poor man's bircher muesli, so rather than using a proper muesli mix am just mixing porridge oats, milk and fruit yoghurt before bed
waking up to a bowl of oats that have softened up and absorbed the milk and yoghurt
it is less hassle than porridge to make in the morning and gives me a slow release carb for the day
