You want 45/45 style.

So I've never had a bike with an integrated headset before. I was orally unaware that there was more than one type.... Any reccomendations on the best/easiest/most readily available/cheapest sizing? Thanks for sorting this all archangels!

get the cheapest or the one you like the branding of. They all use the same bearings. There's 2 kinds 45/45 or 45/36 (being the campag style). Can someone definitely confirm what kind they are or shall we wait until they turn up and measure?

Henry, they are waiting for us to decide. I attached a pdf of the ihs sizes they can do.

If the headset PDF is the ones we can choose from then he offers both the 45/45 and the 45/36.

The 45/45 is labeled as 1 1/8th cane creek italian so i'm guessing that's the one most people will be wanting?

I'm still not 100% sure which is the best option but I'm going to go for 45/45

1000archangels is VirenQ still on the list for a frame, or am I wasting my time waiting for a reply from him about splitting postage costs? thanks

he is until he pays, dont worry about the postage yet, as this is something that I will have a crack on when the frames will be being built - i.e. plenty of time

everybody is going for 45/45 so i'd recommend that to keep the prices reasonable

Yeh i'll go for that, do you still want me to pm you the IHS size just for reference? so to be on the safe side, I'll send payment to vince for my frame (620pln according to the price list) plus £25 for the postage and like you said we can work out any differences in the coming weeks.

I want the frame with a raw clearcoat. Can he not apply a sparkle clearcoat?

I am yet to find out, but what colour of sparkles would you like?

yeah, I think that would be around 70GBP for the P+P itself mate.
whereas they could I suppose smuggle your frame free of charge in big box coming here anyway, you would need to ask yourself if it still makes sense as its almost the cost of the frame.

will the spreadsheet need to me modified then if that's the case? so all people having their frame shipped directly to them put in £20 as their "extra shipping price", and then the shipping total comes to £30 + 5 for beers/currency

15 extra is for london based folks, if they are not from london I dont know where they took these amounts from.
if you know you're getting one alone you will need to pay 35gbp.
