Wanted: Boardman CX Team

i want to buy a Boardman CX Team in xlarge. only found halford and wiggle as official sellers, but both doesn't have the bike or the size in stock. anyone any tips or knowing friends who probably are willing to sell theirs?

Stock control at Halfords branches is notoriously inaccurate.

The 16/17 year old son of friends of ours did his work placement at a local Halfords.

Within an hour of starting he was left alone to enter the stock received, (which varied from the stock automatically expected, and the stock requested as 'special orders'), onto the computer system.

The onus was on completing the task, rather than accuracy, to get back to serving walk-in customers.

I would suggest you email the head office of Halfords to make certain they have no stock 'floating in the ether'.

but why boardman only sells their bikes worldwide or more european-wide through wiggle? i'll look for a local dealer/bike.

how tall are you? You sure you need an XL? me and Dammit are both around the 6'2 mark and riding an L.

right, i'm 6'3. but the large one has only a... you're right 570mm top tube and 120mm stem. would work and only 1cm less then my roadie.

You are very welcome to have a go on mine, but I suspect it'd be a long way to come for a test ride!

I'm 187cm, and have a 120mm stem on mine, if it would mean anything to you I can get some measurements from my bike.

How much were your brakes again Dammit? Am thinking it's got to be done...
