Bike Mielec

Anyway i'm trying to get a job in London (starting from end of december) because i love this city, i will certainly take some of my bikes with me (1 or 2 firstly) and hope to seen the London FG community.

Anybody know about accessible Velodrome in or near London and how about a license ?
