OK, I'll go for it and, if my friend decides against it then I'll sell it on to Blake for the same cost :)
Are you able to drop it off in Earlsdon Lae?

Any info on the 3 ikea book shelves? Can't make them out too well.
-
• #488
It's this model: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/70116276/
Mine are a bit scratched up on one side each, but this is easy to hide because they are reversible/rotatable. -

Ok, interested in at least one :) I'll need to figure out if I can come collect (sort out transportation). Can you PM me your address?
Shame about the washer. A friend of mine was desperate for one until the other week! :/

DOLAN PRE-CURSA 52cm £300
This is a heads-up for those who don't visit the birmingham forum - At a reduced price for locals for a quick sale if possible. Will clean it properly before selling. Been using it for commuting since February, set up like a road bike so is reasonably comfy on longer rides aswell. 8.6 kg so fairly light. Would rather not split but if I can sell the f+f and the wheels locally might consider it. I can get to Coventry easily, as I'm on the direct trainline. Can have the SPD pedals or i've got some clips and straps for it.
Dolan Pre-cursa aluminium frame 52cm - Decals vinyl'd over
Columbus tusk carbon road fork
Miche pistard track wheels, sealed bearings, Specialized roubaix armadillo elite tyres
Pro-lite chainset with Gebhardt ring, Sram chain, on-one sprocket
Turbo Saddle, FSA bars, Pro stem and tektro levers -

Trying desperately to stop myself buying some HHSB goodness. If I can sell a few things, maybe it'll be on the cards...
So, some frames I have for sale.
Sid Mottram rat track frame/forks/head set/seat post. It's approx 52/53cm on the top tube and 51cm on the seat tube. Needs a quick run over with some wire wool as I've ridden it in the rain a couple of times, and it has a nice light layer of surface rust - £125 ono. - Photos.
GT Rave steel road frame/forks/brand new headset/seat clamp/STI guide boss converters (to use STIs instead of down tube shifters). Late 90's, classic GT triple triangle, in red but the paint is pretty bad (pant has been patched badly by previous owner). Approx 54cm top tube and 55/56cm seat tube (centre to top, it's not actually that big) - £100 ono. - Looks like this (only a little smaller and crappier paint).
Sun Wasp 531 frame/forks. Can't remember measurements off hand, but simialr to the above. Lovely ratty red 60's frame with horizontal drop outs, nice lugs. Tiny ding on one of the seat stays - £50 - Photos.
On-one pompino fork - Chocolate brown in good shape, few marks from regular use - £20
In a few weeks, I'll also have a brand new Pompino frame and forks (2012 model). I'm warranty replacing my current pompino, but thinking about HHSB business... I need to raise the money, so I'll sell this on too. It'll be brand new, straight from On-One and a medium. Frame and forks from On-One are £140. I'll be asking £110 to get it shifted asap :) I'll most likely go with the Blue, but if anyone commits to having this (deposit!) then you can chose which colour I get as a replacement, and potentially a different size (I'm getting the medium if this doesn't sell).
All are collection from Earlsdon weeknights/weekends. Welcome to come take a look at stuff also.

Anyone into their cars? My lovely 1970s Mercedes has been sold in preparation for emigration; I'm storing 99% of my tools but some stuff is too big to store/I've got duplicates/I want the money:
- Big trolley jack. 2.5-tonne I think. It's a Halfords Professional one with a lifetime guarantee and it's never been out of the box. £40?
- Battery charger, new-ish, £25
- Handsome black Pioneer DEH-something-or-other CD-radio with aux.-in socket, as-new condition, £50

Anyone interested in Logitech Z323 2.1 speaker system?
Nothing but good things to say about it, but I haven't turned it on in six months, always use headphones now. Same as this.
£25 takes it.

Hello, I need to cut down my collection :D
First up is a Muddy Fox Explorer.
We've had a long love affair of approximately 12 days. Unfortunately I don't think it's feasible to do what I want it to do (off-road camping trips in New Zealand). Gate sized 23" c-t-c both downtube and toptube, reasonably good nick - scuffs and scratches but everything is fine mechanically. The LH shifter is a bit stiff and it has a puncture but that's it. Tange butted tubing on both frame and forks. Selling for what I bought it for - £90 collected from COVENTRY city centreNext is a Dawes Kingpin.
If you know owt about retro folders, you'll know this is the Rolls Royce of 'em. Mechanically fine aside from needing a new cotter pin. Would probably clean up really nicely. Has the original mudguards, dynamo, rack and pump (pump's knackered) as well as some surprisingly high-quality Michelin tyres! I also have a ridiculously long 450mm seatpost for it which I'll throw in for a tenner - I'm 6ft with long legs and I just about need it.
£70 collected from COVENTRYAnd finally is my Kona Fire Mountain.
Singlespeed mongrel of a bike with DIY chain tensioner and dodgy cable routing. Kona Chromoly tubing on frame and forks. V-Brakes, DMR wingbars, and good tyres. Super duper fun. £150 posted (it's in Essex)Also got:
New set of Jagwire road racer cables £15, new in packaging
Deda Piega compact drop bars £10, fitted but never used
On-One Midge bars £20, new in packaging
Bontrager tubular aluminium rack, used £15
1960s Campagnolo rear derailleur in bits £10
Fizik Microtex bar tape, white, new in box £12
1960s/70s Suntour ratcheting bar-end shifters £18
Turbo saddle, original late 80s, used but in good nick, brown - £20
Much appreciated.
