Gigs and Music Events

Dirty Projectors last night at the Roundhouse.

Admittedly never been a massive fan, but could appreciate what they are about.
There was no doubt they played well and found myself appreciating them more than ever before, which I guess is to be expected live.
The majority of their stuff was from the newer album and was surprised how easier it was to enjoy compared to listening to the record.
I won't lie though, there were a few times when it was a challenge to dance with their irregular time signatures.

I was there as well; excellent set.

As a big fan already, you wont be surprised to hear that I absolutely loved it. It's the second time i've seen them and i'm still amazed at how well they bring the complex recording to life, live.
