Someone should start a "Where are all the cool single girls in london?" thread.
I doubt people would find that thread acceptable so why is this one acceptable?
If you'd like to start that thread, I doubt that many people would have a problem with it. TBH I suspect that given what VB said about ratios of men to women here, Shoosh is more likely to have luck than you, but good luck with it.
Perhaps girls looking for guys on here should naff off to eharmony/guardian soulmates/match.com/uniform dating.
I can quite understand why the single ladies here might look to a forum, dedicated to something that they really enjoy, in the hope of finding a nice chap that also enjoys the samething. I'd quite enjoyed quietly watching this thread, but the recent trolling of it is getting a bit much, wind your necks in chaps, take VB's advice, and enjoy riding out there in the {sunshine|rain} with the ladies that may or may not get in touch with you via this thread.
Those places are full of men looking to date unlike this forum which is full of mainly men who fucking ride bikes. most of who are married/in relationships and dont want pm's from no bunnyboiler
So, I'm married, and have no interest in dating Shoosh, or anyone else on here, and frankly, I suspect that the same is true the other way round. Otherwise the thread would be entitled "Where are all the guys who just want a shag, or a fumble round the back of a shed somewhere, or maybe to have a mistress or something?". The thread title includes the word "Single". That might be a clue that the ladies posting in it aren't really looking for chaps who are attached, and are thus unlikely to be "bunnyboilers" or pm'ing people who are married/in relationships. I also don't think that Shoosh was thinking that she'd be the only one (apparently) using the thread. I suspect that other lovely single ladies may be being put off from doing so by you lot of overly egotistical apes. Play nice, and stop shooting yourselves in the foot, and maybe, just maybe, you'll be lucky enough to land one of them.
And if you're not single, why on earth are you complaining about this thread?
Sorry all, I just needed to get that off my chest. Sometimes I think that some of the delightful blokes here could do with peeking into the Everyday Sexism pages a little, I know that I need to.
Sorry for this, but...
