My ex-boss once RLJ'd on the Strand, and was pursued by a mounted police officer galloping after her, shouting "PEDALLIST! STOP!"
Luckily, after a stern telling-off, he declined to ticket her as it would mean getting off his horse, and it would be way too much hassle to get back on again. Which kind of makes you wonder why he bothered in the first place...
