I'm selling my built-up Pompino if any beginners are interested in a ready-to-roll polo solution... Would suit someone around the 5'10"-6' mark... £250...

^^^ Naomi didn't like the set up of easts loaner bike...
However I don't mind it, and I'm not going to be getting a polo bike any time soon, so am quite happy to look after if no-one else is.....

I'm definitely coming down on Saturday, last week was super fun and I can't wait. I've been having some problems with my bike though... Had my chain shortened by a link cos it kept derailing, but now it doesn't always engage. Io - do you think you could bring some tools just in case...?

Hi i was thinking to come down as a complete beginner. I have nothing but a bike - its just a normal bike but will do the job right?
-
• #4896
Yeah, absolutely, that's fine to start out on, people usually let others use/try their bikes too.
Using an easy gear will enable you to improve much more quickly than riding a big gear, you'll also need a decent braking mechanism for the sole hand that will be steering the bike (right handed players ride the bike with their left hand, etc).
