Oh God, my old Seamaster Bumper had been to India, and after my watchmaker took a look at it when it became intermittent, he wouldn't work on it and told me to get shot of it. They'd mixed up old parts and flipped things over where they'd worn, etc.
I'll try and get an address for my watchmaker in Edinburgh. He's great and very honest.
