  • I suggest you to go for a 4mm drop shoes and not a 0mm drop in the beginning.
    And try to switch with small frequent runs to get the calves muscles used to the new movements, it's bloody painful in the beginning.
    I started the switch to forefoot running with a pair of Brooks PureCadence and apart from the awful colors they come with I found them pretty good.
