I'm running in Asics DS Trainers. Which are a shite load lower, and less cushioned then I'm used to. But they seem to work really well with an adjusted stride.
I still use my Kayanos, which I run differently in. IMHO mixing things up is good way to keep your running interesting, and your legs injury free.
My next trainer purchase may well be a pair of barefoot style trail shoes. I could'nt do less cushioning and support than the DS's on tarmac.
