  • Cardiff half in 1:45:08 - was aiming for 1:45, but will take the extra 8 seconds happily enough.

    Next target - 1:40 in Malta in spring.

    Breaking the 100 minute barrer. Very decent target.

    I've now officially slowed due to my weight gain. Pushed myself around my usual sunday run, at my old pace, and near expired. My carves informed me of every extra gram on the way up the 400+ steps, and my knees confirmed the numbers on the way down the hill on the other side.

    Winter is well and truely in the air up here. It was only 3C during my last run. Looking forward to the dark and heavy going, snow runs of winter TBH.
