He didn't have the boxing ability to beat Alvarado in a battle of skill. But credit to rios he took some good punches and never looked like being stopped and only his first fight at 140 (only ever seen him once before at 135). Rematch? A confident rios after a win and a more concentrated Alvarado maybe.

Last fights at 135, he was having difficulty making weight. He's a big kid for 140 because he often balloons up.

Rematch would be good, but looks like 2013, him vs Pacquaio or Juan manuel marquez winner. (Same promoter)
