Played around with the brakes and shims. Got them fitted on the bars fine, but the angle the lever were at left very little room for my hands.
Did some swapping with some other (wider) risers I had and it works better. I didn't want to use these ones because they're black, but it looks okay. Had to trim the edge of the Oury's to get the lever to sit flush against the grip.
