Bonus if people think it's a theft deterrent device.
My update: My water-proofing idea didn't work at all, probably made it worse as because it wasn't completely water-tight, what moisture that did get to the battery stayed-put, so the light quit working even quicker. I guess they're just not for heavy rain, which is a shame as that's one of the time you most need to be seen.
Anyone else have solutions?
